There are three internship opportunities for Summer 2026 hosted by the USC Information Sciences Institute (USC-ISI) and the SPHERE research infrastructure:
- USC-ISI Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)
- SPHERE In-Person Summer Internships
- SPHERE Virtual REE Internships
These programs provide students with hands-on research experience and the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic community of faculty, researchers, and fellow students.
The USC-ISI REU program spans a wide range of research areas across the institute, while the SPHERE internships focus on contributing to the development of a national-scale cybersecurity and privacy research infrastructure, an excellent fit for students interested in security, privacy, and large-scale systems.
